Reservationist Position Summary: Provide good customer service, mainly to customers calling Salt Lake Express. Reservations are required to provide information along with creating reservations for passengers. Good computer skills are necessary for proficiently fulfilling job requirements.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Answering the phone in a polite and professional manner, providing good customer service.
2. Having knowledgeable computer skills, giving customers correct information and creating reservations efficiently.
3. Having excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively provide information to coworkers and customers.
4. Responsible for a clean and neat appearance of working environment, both inside and out.
5. Perform other duties assigned.
Additional job requirements: Needs to have a fairly flexible schedule; reservationists are required to work weekends (including some Sundays). Job is subject to shift work Monday through Sunday and all holidays.
